厦门市高校大学生吸烟行为及相关认知和态度调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Smoking Behavior and Related Cognition and Attitude of College Students in Xiamen

目的调查分析厦门市高校大学生吸烟行为及相关认知和态度。方法选取厦门市高校748名大学生为调查对象,对其吸烟行为、认知与态度进行调查分析,了解大学生吸烟行为、对吸烟危害的认知情况、对控烟持有的态度。结果本研究调查的742名大学生中,吸烟者112名,吸烟率为15.09%,对比不同性别吸烟大学生比例可知,男大学生吸烟率明显高于女大学生(P<0.05);吸烟大学生对吸烟危害性成瘾、对心血管系统产生危害、对呼吸系统产生危害、容易导致肺癌认知度分别为78.57%、55.36%、58.04%、58.93%,分别低于不吸烟大学生的94.92%、83.49%、87.78%、90.32%(P<0.05);不吸烟者对戒烟持有更加坚决的态度,吸烟者认为公共场所应该禁烟、愿意劝阻公共场所吸烟行为、应对售烟进行控制、政府需将调控力度较大、拒绝他人递烟不属于不礼貌行为、大学生不应吸烟构成比分别为78.57%、2.68%、56.25%、54.46%、63.39%、58.04%,均低于不吸烟者(P<0.05)。结论厦门市高校大学生吸烟现状不容乐观,应提高大学生对吸烟危害的认知度,并改变其对烟草持有的态度。

Objective To investigate and analyze the smoking behavior and related cognition and attitude of college students in Xiamen.Methods A total of 748 college students in Xiamen were selected as the research objects.Their smoking behavior,cognition and attitude were investigated and analyzed to understand their smoking behavior,cognition of smoking hazards and attitude towards smoking control.Results Among the 742 college students surveyed,112 smokers were smokers,and the smoking rate was 15.09%.Compared to the proportion of smokers with different gender,the smoking rate of male college students was significantly higher than that of females(P<0.05).The smoking students'awareness of smoking addiction,cardiovascular system,respiratory system and easily lead to lung cancer awareness were 78.57%,55.36%,58.04%and 58.93%,respectively,which were lower than 94.92%,83.49%,87.78%and 90.32%of non-smoking college students(P<0.05).The non-smokers held a more resolute attitude towards quitting smoking,and smokers believed that smoking should be banned in public places,were willing to dissuade smoking in public places,should control the sale of cigarettes,the government should make greater regulation,refusing others to hand over cigarettes was not impolite,and the constituent ratios of college students should not smoke were 78.57%,2.68%,56.25%,54.46%,63.39%and 58.04%,respectively,which were lower than those of non-smokers(P<0.05).Conclusion The smoking status of college students in Xiamen is not optimistic.It is necessary to improve their awareness of the harm of smoking and change their attitude towards tobacco.
