某地级市三甲医院2015-2019年科研现状分析及思考

Analysis and Thinking on the Current Situation of Scientific Research in a Prefecture Level Tertiary Hospital From 2015 to 2019

目的通过分析医院科研现状,探讨改进医院科研管理的有效对策,从而提高医院科研管理能力和科研水平。方法对某地级市三甲综合医院2015—2019年科研情况,包括科研课题数量、课题级别、课题经费、SCI论文数量、科技获奖及专利等科研成果进行整理、筛选,通过数据分析发现存在的问题。结果2015—2019年,该医院科研课题数和资助经费呈平稳上升趋势,课题主要来源于厅局级课题,约占5年总课题数的92.6%;省部级、国家级课题仅占7.4%;SCI论文数量和总影响因子逐年上升,SCI论文影响因子以低分组为主,占比约60.9%;中分组SCI论文占比约26.1%,高分组SCI论文占比约13.0%;市科技奖11项;国家专利32项,专利技术转让3项,转化率不足1%。结论该医院整体研究水平不高,高水平科研成果较少,获奖成果级别不高,以市级奖项为主,无国家级、省级奖项,科研成果转化率低。医院应该从加强平台建设、高层次人才引进和培养入手,完善激励措施、增强成果转化意识和注重科研培训等方面加以改善提高,使医院的科研走上可持续发展道路。

Objective Through analyzing the current situation of hospital scientific research,to explore the effective countermeasures to improve the hospital scientific research management,so as to improve the hospital scientific research management ability and scientific research level.Methods This paper sorted out and screened the scientific research achievements of a prefecture level city's 3-A-grade general hospital from 2015 to 2019,including the number of scientific research projects,the level of research projects,the amount of SCI papers,science and technology awards and patents,and found the existing problems through data analysis.Results From 2015 to 2019,the number of scientific research projects and funding of the hospital showed a steady upward trend.The projects mainly came from the department level projects,accounting for 92.6%;the provincial,ministerial,national projects accounted for only 7.4%;the number of SCI papers and the total impact factors increased year by year.The main impact factors of SCI papers were low groups,accounting for about 60.9%;the middle group SCI papers accounted for about 26.1%,and the high group SCI papers accounted for about 13.0%;11 municipal science and technology awards,32 national patents,and 3 patients technology transfer,with the conversion rate less than 1%.Conclusion The overall research level of the hospital is not high,there are few high-level scientific research achievements,the level of award-winning achievements is not high,mainly municipal awards,there are no national and provincial awards,and the transformation rate of scientific research achievements is low.The hospital should strengthen the platform construction,the introduction and training of high-level talents,improve the incentive measures,enhance the awareness of achievement transformation and pay attention to scientific research training,so as to make the scientific research of the hospital on the road of sustainable development.
