摘要
目的探讨深度脐带消毒方案与常规消毒方案对脐带血采集后的污染率和脐带血质量的影响。方法将2019年5-12月在南方医科大学附属何贤纪念医院分娩的孕妇400例随机分成两组,试验组200例采用深度脐带消毒方案消毒后采集脐带血,对照组200例采用常规消毒方案消毒后采集脐带血,采集后的脐带血运送至广东省脐带血库进行细菌/霉菌污染率和脐带血质量的检测。结果两组产妇的年龄、分娩结局和新生儿体质量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。常规消毒对照组的脐带血细菌/霉菌污染率为2.5%,深度脐带消毒试验组的脐带血细菌/霉菌污染率为1.0%,试验组脐带血采集后的污染率更低。试验组与对照组的脐带血冻前有核细胞计数、CD34^(+)细胞含量、冻前有核细胞活性和粒细胞及巨噬细胞集落形成单位(CFUGM)细胞计数等比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论深度脐带血消毒方案可以降低脐带血采集后的污染率且不影响脐带血质量,值得脐带血采集领域的关注。
Objective To study the effect of enhanced umbilical cord disinfection and normal disinfection on the contamination rate and quality of cord blood after collection.Methods A total of 400 cases of pregnant women deliveried in He Xian Memorial Affiliated Hospital of Southern Medical University from May to December in 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,200 cases in experimental group used enhanced umbilical cord disinfection,while 200 cases in control group used normal disinfection.The collected cord bloods were transported to Guangdong Cord Blood Bank for bacteria/mould contamination detection and cord blood quality detection.Results There were no significant differences in maternal age,delivery outcome and newborn weight between the two groups(P>0.05).The bacterial/fungal contamination rate of cord blood in control group was 2.5%,and that of in experimental group was 1.0%.In experimental group,the contamination rate of cord blood was more effectively reduced.There were no significant differences in the number of nucleated cells before freezing,the content of CD34^(+) cells,the activity of nucleated cells before freezing and the number of granulocyte and macrophage colony forming unit(CFU-GM)cells between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The enhanced umbilical cord disinfection technology can reduce the contamination rate without affecting the quality of cord blood.It deserves the attention of the field of cord blood collection.
