ISBAR交接流程在护理工作中的应用分析

Application Analysis of ISBAR Handover Process in Nursing Work

目的分析标准化沟通模式ISBAR交接流程用于护理工作中的价值,为临床护理工作提供参考,以提高护理工作效率。方法选择我院2019年6月—2020年6月收治的200例患者,采取随机数字表法进行分组。对照组100例患者行常规交接流程护理。观察组100例患者行ISBAR交接流程。比较两组患者的护理干预情况,包括护理满意度、患者情绪、交接时间、护理质量以及交接不良事件。结果观察组交接不良事件总发生率为2%,低于对照组的26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组交接班时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理工作中有效落实ISBAR交接流程,可在提高护理质量的基础上提高护理工作效率,满足患者对护理工作的需求,并合理缩短交接班时间,提高患者的安全性,促进患者治疗预后。

Objective To analyze the value of standardized communication mode ISBAR handover process in nursing work,provide reference for clinical nursing work,and handover adverse events.Methods A total of 200 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020,and use random number table method for grouping.100 patients in the control group underwent routine handover process nursing.100 patients in the observation group underwent the ISBAR handover process.The nursing intervention status of the two groups of patients was compared,including nursing satisfaction,patient mood,handover time,nursing quality and handover-related issues.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 2%,which was lower than 26%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The shift time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective implementation of ISBAR handover process in nursing work can improve the efficiency of nursing work on the basis of improving the quality of nursing,meet the needs of patients for nursing work,shorten the shift time reasonably,improve the safety of patients,and promote the treatment prognosis of patients.
