呼吸道感染患儿肺炎支原体抗体检测的价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析呼吸道感染患儿肺炎支原体抗体检测结果,总结呼吸道感染患儿肺炎支原体抗体检测的应用价值。方法选取济宁市第一人民医院2017年10月1日—2019年10月1日收治的呼吸道感染患儿874例,其中男494例,女380例,均采用被动凝集法进行肺炎支原体抗体检测,分析肺炎支原体抗体检测结果。结果男童的肺炎支原体抗体检测阳性率与女童比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.351,P>0.05)。秋、冬季呼吸道感染患儿的肺炎支原体抗体检测阳性率高于春、夏季,差异有统计学意义(Z=16.523,P<0.05)。<1岁、10~12岁呼吸道感染患儿的肺炎支原体抗体检测阳性率低于1~9岁,差异有统计学意义(Z=21.022,P<0.05)。肺炎呼吸道感染患儿的肺炎支原体抗体检测阳性率高于急性上呼吸道感染、感染合并哮喘、其他(χ^(2)=23.244、7.862、17.128,P<0.05),且支气管炎呼吸道感染患儿的肺炎支原体抗体检测阳性率高于急性上呼吸道感染、感染合并哮喘、其他,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=232.461、12.785、22.555,P<0.05)。不同年度呼吸道感染患儿的肺炎支原体抗体检测阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.715,P>0.05)。结论呼吸道感染患儿肺炎支原体抗体检测结果具有高度临床价值,可加强对肺炎支原体的监控,做好高危人群防护。 Objective To analyze the results of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection in children with respiratory tract infection,and summarize the application value of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection in children with respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 874 children with respiratory tract infection in our hospital from October 1,2017 to October 1,2019,including 494 boys and 380 girls,should be detected for Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody by Passive Agglutination,and the detection results of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody between boys and girls(χ^(2)=0.351,P>0.05).The positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in children with respiratory tract infection in autumn and winter was higher than that in spring and summer,the difference was statistically significant(Z=16.523,P<0.05).The positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in children aged<1 and 10-12 with respiratory tract infection was lower than that in children aged 1-9,the difference was statistically significant(Z=21.022,P<0.05).The positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection in children with respiratory tract infection was higher than that in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,infection complicated with asthma and others(χ^(2)=23.244,7.862,17.128,P<0.05),and the positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detection in children with bronchitis aspiration tract infection was higher than that in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,infection complicated with asthma and others(χ^(2)=232.461,12.785,22.555,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in children with respiratory tract infection in different years(χ^(2)=1.715,P>0.05).Conclusion The detection results of Mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody in children with respiratory tract infection have high clinical value,which can strengthen the monitoring of Mycoplasma pneumoniae and do a good job in the protection of high-risk groups.
