摘要
目的探讨基于信息化的闭环管理在日间手术中的应用价值。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月78例日间手术患者,数字表法分成观察组(n=39)和对照组(n=39),常规管理应用于对照组,基于信息化的闭环管理应用于观察组,观察两组管理质量、满意度。结果与对照组相比较,观察组围术期指标以及疼痛、麻醉、营养、康复运动方面的管理评分均显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比较对照组满意度79.49%,观察组(97.44%)明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对日间手术治疗的患者,采用基于信息化的闭环管理,可使管理质量明显提高,而且使患者满意度较高。
Objective To explore the application value of information-based closed-loop management in daytime surgery.Methods A total of 78 patients with daytime surgery from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into observation group(n=39)and control group(n=39),routine management was applied to the control group,and information-based closed-loop management was applied to the observation group to observe the management quality and satisfaction of the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the perioperative indexes and the management scores of pain,anesthesia,nutrition and rehabilitation exercise in the observation group increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction rate was 79.49%,and the observation group(97.44%)was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing daytime surgery,the use of information-based closed-loop management can significantly improve the management quality and improve the patient satisfaction.
