COOK双球囊对晚期妊娠引产产妇宫颈成熟度的影响

Study on the Influence of COOK Double-balloon for Cervical Maturity and Related Indexes Expression of Cervical and Vaginal Secretions of Delivery Women With Induction of Labor in Late Pregnancy

目的探究COOK双球囊对晚期妊娠引产产妇宫颈成熟度及宫颈阴道分泌物相关指标表达的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将2018年1月—2020年1月的90例晚期妊娠引产产妇分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组采用缩宫素引产,观察组则采用COOK双球囊引产,比较两组的引产总有效率、各产程时间、干预前及干预6 h、12 h的Bishop评分及宫颈阴道分泌物相关指标[胎儿纤连蛋白(fetal fibronectin,FFN)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(insulin-like growth factor-binding protein-1,IGFBP-1)]阳性表达率。结果观察组产妇的引产总有效率显著高于对照组,各产程时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预前两组的Bishop评分及宫颈阴道分泌物相关指标阳性表达率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预6 h及12 h观察组的Bishop评分及宫颈阴道分泌物相关指标阳性表达率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COOK双球囊可显著改善晚期妊娠引产产妇宫颈成熟度及宫颈阴道分泌物相关指标的表达,因此在晚期妊娠引产产妇中的应用价值较高。

Objective To investigate the influence of COOK double-balloon for cervical maturity and related indexes expression of cervical and vaginal secretions of delivery women with induction of labor in late pregnancy.Methods A total of 90 delivery women with induction of labor in late pregnancy from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was induced by oxytocin,while the observation group was induced by COOK double balloon.Then total induced labor effective rates,time of each labor process,Bishop score and related indexes[fetal fibronectin(FFN)and insulin-like growth factor-binding protein-1(IGFBP-1)]positive rates of cervical and vaginal secretions at different time before the intervention and at 6th and 12th hour after the intervention of two groups were compared.Results The total induced labor effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the time of each labor process were significantly shorter than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the Bishop score and related indexes positive rates of cervical and vaginal secretions of two groups before the intervention were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the Bishop score and positive rates of related indexes of cervical and vaginal secretions of observation group at 6th and 12th hour were significantly better than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The COOK double-balloon can significantly improve the cervical maturity and related indexes expression of cervical and vaginal secretions of delivery women with induction of labor in late pregnancy,so its application value in the delivery women with induction of labor in late pregnancy is higher.
