银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊对银屑病患者炎性因子的影响

Effect of Yinxie Capsule Combined With Acitretin A Capsule on Inflammatory Factors in Patients With Psoriasis

目的探讨银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊对银屑病患者炎性因子的影响。方法选择2018年8月—2020年6月在潍坊市坊子区人民医院皮肤科治疗的银屑病患者92例,应用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组46例给予阿维A胶囊干预,观察组46例联合银屑胶囊干预,治疗4周后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组T淋巴细胞水平、炎性因子、疗效率、美观情况及不良反应发生率。结果观察组药物治疗4周后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组药物治疗4周后IL-2、IL-8及IFN-r水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-4水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药期间恶心呕吐、脱屑及腹痛发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组药物治疗4周后皮肤损伤、红斑、鳞屑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗4周后疗效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银屑胶囊联合阿维A胶囊用于银屑病患者中能获得较高的近期疗效,有助于改善T淋巴细胞水平,降低炎性因子水平,有效改善美观,安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yinxie capsule combined with acitretin A capsule on inflammatory factors in patients with psoriasis.Methods From August 2018 to June 2020,a total of 92 patients with psoriasis treated in the dermatology department of Fangzi District People’s Hospital of Weifang were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table.46 patients in the control group were treated with acitretin A capsules,and 46 patients in the observation group were treated with Yinxie capsules.The effect of the patients was evaluated after 4 weeks of treatment.The levels of T lymphocytes,inflammatory factors,treatment efficiency,aesthetic appearance and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After 4 weeks of drug intervention in the observation group,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);CD8^(+)levels were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of drug intervention in the observation group,the levels of IL-2,IL-8 and IFN-r were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of IL-4 were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nausea,vomiting,desquamation and abdominal pain during the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of drug intervention in the observation group,the scores of skin damage,erythema,and scale were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)at 4 weeks after treatment.Conclusion Yinxie capsule combined with acitretin A capsules can obtain high short-term curative effect in patients with psoriasis,help to improve the level of T lymphocytes,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,effectively improve the appearance,and have high safety.
