卵巢肿瘤术中冰冻切片的病理诊断分析及临床价值

Pathological Diagnosis and Clinical Value of Frozen Sections in Ovarian Tumors

目的对卵巢肿瘤术中冰冻切片的病理诊断及临床价值进行探究。方法本次研究中的观察对象均抽选于在医院接受手术治疗的卵巢肿瘤患者当中,50例患者的入院时间均在2019年4月—2020年7月。上述患者均接受术中冰冻切片病理诊断,并且在手术以后取剩余的病理组织开展石蜡切片病理诊断。统计术中冰冻切片病理诊断和石蜡切片病理诊断的病理检查结果,分析两种诊断方式的卵巢肿瘤良性、恶性检查结果相符合情况。结果术中冰冻切片病理诊断和石蜡切片病理诊断的性索组织间质符合率为100%,表面上皮-间质符合率为95.00%,生殖细胞符合率为93.33%,其他符合率为100%;术中冰冻切片病理诊断与石蜡切片病理诊断的良性肿瘤符合率为100%,恶性肿瘤符合率为92.86%,交界性肿瘤符合率为50.00%,其总符合率为96.00%。结论对卵巢肿瘤患者实施术中冰冻切片病理诊断可以获得理想的应用价值,其准确性较高,且可以判定肿瘤的病理性质,对疾病后续治疗方案制定有重要参考价值。

Objective To explore the pathological diagnosis and clinical value of frozen sections during ovarian tumor surgery.Methods The observation subjects in this study were all selected from patients with ovarian tumors undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital.The admission time of 50 patients was between April 2019 and July 2020.The above patients were received intraoperative frozen section pathological diagnosis,and after the operation,the remaining pathological tissues were taken for paraffin section pathological diagnosis.Collected the pathological examination results of intraoperative frozen section pathological diagnosis and paraffin section pathological diagnosis,and analyzed the coincidence of two diagnostic methods of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.Results Intraoperative frozen section pathological diagnosis and paraffin section pathological diagnosis of sex cord tissue interstitial coincidence rate was 100%,surface epithelium-interstitial coincidence rate was 95.00%,germ cell coincidence rate was 93.33%,and other coincidence rates were 100%.The coincidence rate of intraoperative frozen section pathological diagnosis and paraffin section pathological diagnosis was 100%for benign tumors,92.86%for malignant tumors,50.00%for borderline tumors,and 96.00%overall.Conclusion Intraoperative frozen section pathological diagnosis of patients with ovarian tumors can obtain ideal application value,with high accuracy,and can determine the pathological nature of the tumor.It has important reference value for the formulation of follow-up treatment plans for the disease.
