屈光参差性弱视儿童屈光矫正治疗效果及影响因素研究

Study on the Therapeutic Effect and Influencing Factors of Anisometropic Amblyopia Children

目的:研究屈光参差性弱视儿童屈光矫正治疗效果及影响因素。方法:回顾性分析2018年1—12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的60例屈光参差性弱视患儿临床资料,将矫正视力治疗后视力提升≥2行纳入进步组,将矫正视力治疗后视力提升<2行纳入无进步组。收集所有患儿一般资料,并将可能影响屈光参差性弱视儿童屈光矫正治疗效果的因素纳入自变量并为其赋值,经多项logistic回归分析找出屈光参差性弱视儿童屈光矫正治疗效果的影响因素。结果:经logistic回归分析结果得出,治疗依从性差、屈光参差>4D、及重度弱视均是影响屈光参差性弱视儿童屈光矫正治疗效果的危险因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:治疗依从性差、屈光参差>4D、及中重度弱视均可能是影响屈光参差性弱视儿童屈光矫正治疗效果的相关因素,临床应针对存在风险者进行积极干预,以提高治疗效果。

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of anisometropic amblyopia and its influencing factors.Methods:The clinical data of 60 cases of anisometropic amblyopia in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were retrospectively ana⁃lyzed.The visual acuity improvement≥2 lines after the treatment of corrected visual acuity was included in the progressive group,and the visual acuity improvement<2 lines after the treatment of corrected visual acuity was included in the no progress group.The general data of all children were collected,and the factors that might affect the therapeutic effect of anisometropic amblyopia were included in the independent variables and assigned to them.The influencing factors of the treatment effect of anisometropic amblyopia children were identified by multiple logistic regression analysis.Results:Logistic regression analysis showed that poor treatment compliance,anisometropia>4D,and severe amblyopia were the risk factors affecting the therapeutic effect of anisome⁃tropic amblyopia children(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:Poor treatment compliance,anisometropia>4D,and moderate to severe amblyopia may be related factors affecting the therapeutic effect of refractive correction in children with anisometropic amblyopia.Active intervention should be carried out for those at risk in order to improve the therapeutic effect.
