枸橼酸咖啡因联合珂立苏对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿血清骨形态发生蛋白、Clara细胞分泌蛋白、铁蛋白水平的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Caffeine Citrate Combined with Coriosur on Serum Levels of BMP-7,CC16 and SF in Children with Neo⁃natal Respiratory Distress Syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨针对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)采取枸橼酸咖啡因联合珂立苏对其血清骨形态发生蛋白(BMP-7)、Clara细胞分泌蛋白(CC16)、铁蛋白(SF)水平的影响。方法:选取商丘市睢阳区妇幼保健院2018年2月—2019年3月收治的60例NRDS患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组采取珂立苏治疗,观察组采取枸橼酸咖啡因联合珂立苏治疗。两组患儿均治疗7 d,对比两组患儿的临床疗效、血清BMP-7、CC16、SF水平。结果:治疗后,观察组有效率较对照组高,观察组BMP-7、CC16、SF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.452、12.019、3.099,P<0.05)。结论:枸橼酸咖啡因联合珂立苏用于NRDS治疗中,能够改善BMP-7、CC16、SF水平,提高临床治疗效果。 Objective:To investigate the effect of caffeine citrate combined with coriosur on serum levels of bone morphogenetic protein(BMP-7),Clara cell secretory protein(CC16)and ferritin(SF)in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS).Methods:60 cases of NRDS in the hospital from February 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with coriosur,and the observation group was treated with caffeine citrate combined with coriosur.The clinical efficacy,serum levels of BMP-7,CC16 and SF were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the levels of BMP-7,CC16 and SF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(t=2.452,12.019,3.099,P<0.05).Conclusion:Caffeine citrate combined with coriosur in the treatment of NRDS can improve the levels of BMP-7,CC16 and SF,and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
