母亲声音缓解早产儿桡动脉穿刺所致疼痛的效果观察

Effect of Maternal Voice in Reducing the Pain of Radial Artery Puncture in Premature Infants

目的:探讨母亲声音对早产儿桡动脉穿刺所致疼痛的影响。方法:将2019年1—12月江苏大学附属医院收治的92例新生儿重症监护室住院早产儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组45例和干预组47例。对照组在桡动脉穿刺采血时采用常规操作,干预组在常规操作基础上于操作前1 min至操作结束播放预先录制的患儿母亲声音。操作前后进行疼痛评分并记录生命体征。结果:与对照组相比,干预组早产儿穿刺过程中的心率和疼痛评分显著增高,差异有统计学意义(t=-3.718、-2.648、-0.443,P<0.05;Z=-2.253,P<0.05),血氧饱和度显著降低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.137、3.556、0.650,P<0.05)。结论:母亲声音有利于减轻早产儿桡动脉穿刺所致的操作性疼痛,能够保持其生命体征稳定。

Objective:To investigate the effect of maternal voice on pain caused by radial artery puncture in premature infants.Methods:92 premature infants admitted in the hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=45)and intervention group(n=47).The control group received routine operation during the radial artery puncture and blood collection,and the intervention group played pre-recorded maternal voice from 1 min before blood collection until the end of the operation on the basis of routine opera⁃tion.The pain scores and vital signs were recorded before and after the operation.Results:Compared with the control group,the heart rate and pain score significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant difference(t=-3.718,-2.648,-0.443,P<0.05,Z=-2.253,P<0.05).The blood oxygen saturation significantly decreased in the intervention group(t=3.137,3.556,0.650,P<0.05).Conclusion:Maternal voice is helpful to alleviate the operative pain caused by radial artery puncture and keep the vital signs stable in premature infants.
