早期胃癌患者腹腔镜术后灵性健康水平分析

Analysis of Spiritual Health Level of Patients with Early Gastric Cancer after Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:分析早期胃癌患者腹腔镜术后灵性健康水平。方法:采用前瞻性随机试验方法,选取2019年1月—2020年10月在新乡市第二人民医院完成腹腔镜手术治疗的80例早期胃癌患者作为研究对象,于术后第1 d采用中文版慢性疾病治疗功能评估—灵性量表(FACIT-Sp)评估患者灵性健康水平,并统计所有患者基线资料,经多元线性回归分析早期胃癌患者腹腔镜术后灵性健康水平的影响因素。结果:浸润范围为胃黏膜下、乐观水平低下及社会支持度低下的早期胃癌患者FACIT-Sp评分均低于浸润范围为胃黏膜内、乐观水平良好及社会支持度良好的患者,差异有统计学意义(t=5.474、6.360、5.587,P<0.05);经多元线性回归分析结果显示,浸润范围为胃黏膜下、乐观水平低下及社会支持度低下是导致早期胃癌患者术后灵性健康水平低的影响因素(t=10.813、5.308、3.680,P<0.05)。结论:早期胃癌患者术后灵性健康水平低可能受浸润范围为胃黏膜下、乐观水平低下及社会支持度低下的影响。

Objective:To analyze the spiritual health level of patients with early gastric cancer after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A prospective randomized trial method was used to select 80 patients with early gastric cancer who completed the treat⁃ment of laparoscopic surgery in the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 as the research subjects.On the 1st day after oper⁃ation,the Chinese version of the Chronic Disease Therapeutic Function Evaluation-Spirituality Scale(FACIT-Sp)was used to as⁃sess the spiritual health of the patients,and the baseline data of all patients were counted.The factors affecting the spiritual health of patients with early gastric cancer after laparoscopic surgery were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results:The FACIT-Sp scores of early gastric cancer patients with submucosal invasion,low optimism and low social support were all lower than those with intragastric mucosal,good optimism and good social support,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.474,6.360,5.587,P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the infiltration range is submucosal,low optimism and low social support are the influencing factors that lead to low postoperative spiritual health in patients with early gastric cancer(t=10.813,5.308,3.680,P<0.05).Conclusion:The low level of spiritual health in patients with early gastric cancer after operation may be affected by the gastric submucosal invasion as the invasion range,low optimistic level and low social support.
