摘要
点击化学是一种高效合成1,2,3-三氮唑的方法,在药物设计及合成中得到广泛应用。该研究通过酸水解柚皮苷、与溴丙炔醚化等方法合成了柚皮素含炔化合物,然后与苄基叠氮化物或乙酸乙酯叠氮化物应用点击化学法高效合成了7个含1,2,3-三氮唑结构的柚皮素衍生物,并通过核磁共振及高分辨质谱进行了结构表征。
Click chemistry is an efficient method for the synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole,playing an important role in drug design and synthesis.In this paper,naringenin containing alkyne were synthesized by acid hydrolysis of naringin and etherification with bromopropyne.Then seven naringenin derivatives containing 1,2,3-triazole structure were synthesized by click chemistry with benzyl azide or ethyl acetate azide,and their structures were characterized by NMR and HR-MS spectrometry.
