生长激素型垂体瘤患者应用压力接种训练的效果

Effect of pressure inoculation training on patients with growth hormone type pituitary tumor

目的:探讨压力接种训练应用于生长激素型垂体瘤患者中的效果。方法:选择收治的生长激素型垂体瘤患者84例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行压力接种训练干预。观察并记录两组干预前后知觉压力水平、心理状态、治疗依从性情况,进行比较分析。结果:观察组干预14 d后CPSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预14 d后躯体化、敌对、强迫症状、焦虑、抑郁、人际敏感、精神病性、偏执、恐怖评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预14 d后治疗依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:压力接种训练应用于生长激素型垂体瘤患者中可增强其抗压能力,改善心理状态,提高治疗依从性。

Objective To investigate the effect of pressure vaccination training in patients with growth hormone type pituitary tumors.Method Eighty-four patients with growth hormone type pituitary tumors were enrolled in this study.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table,42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group underwent stress vaccination training intervention.The perceived stress level,psychological state and treatment compliance of the two groups before and after intervention were observed and recorded for comparative analysis.Results After 14 days of intervention,the CPSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of intervention,the scores of somatization,hostility,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,anxiety,depression,interpersonal sensitivity,psychosis,paranoia and terror in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of intervention,the treatment compliance was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pressure vaccination training can be applied to patients with growth hormone type pituitary tumors to enhance their anti-stress ability,improve their mental state and improve treatment compliance.It is worthy of promotion.
