摘要
目前常见的风电检测机器人主要有塔筒检测机器人、叶片检测机器人、风电场巡检机器人等。此类机器人可以携带各种检测仪器,对风电机组的关键部件进行早期损伤检测及风电场自动巡检。实现了对在役陆上风电机组某些不易到达部位的检测,也可以代替巡检人员完成对设备的检测和数据收集。利用检测机器人辅助检测工作,可以大大提高检测效率,降低人员劳动强度,将成为保证风电安全运行的重要工具,应用前景广阔。
The main common wind power plant inspection robots at present are tower inspection robots,blade inspection robots and wind farm inspection robots.These robots can carry a variety of inspection instruments to carry out early damage detection of key components of wind turbines and automatic wind farm inspection.This enables the inspection of certain hard-to-reach parts of in-service onshore wind turbines,and can also replace inspection staff to complete the inspection and data collection of the equipment.The use of inspection robots can greatly improve inspection efficiency and reduce staff labour intensity.The wind power plant inspection robot will become an important tool to ensure the safe operation of wind power plant and has a broad application prospect.
