湿电除尘器进口异形烟道导流装置CFD数值模拟流场优化设计

CFD Numerical Simulation Flow Field Optimization Design of Inlet Special-shaped Flue Guide Device of Wet Electrostatic Precipitator

Fluent是一款常用CFD流场模拟软件,在湿电进口异形扩张烟道中增设导流板,采用CFD数值模拟不同导流板和均布格栅设置方案,能优化湿电除尘器进口处烟气流场分布。该文通过比较烟道系统中不同导流板和均布格栅组合设置方案流场模拟分析,不同方案模拟分析结果的比较,选取最优组合方案,使湿电进口处烟气流场分布均匀,从而提高湿电除尘器的除尘效率。

Fluent is a commonly used CFD flow field simulation software.The flue gas flow field distribution at the inlet of the wet electrostatic precipitator can be optimized by adding a guide plate in the special-shaped expansion flue at the inlet of the wet electric precipitator and by using CFD numerical simulation of different setting schemes of the guide plate and uniform grid.By comparing the flow field simulation analysis of different combination schemes of guide plate and uniform grid in flue system,and the comparison of simulation analysis results of different schemes,the most combined scheme is selected to make the flue gas flow field distribution uniform at the inlet of wet electricity,so as to improve the dust removal efficiency of wet electrostatic precipitator.
