摘要
为保证油气场站设备的安全运行,设备会根据介质特性对设备的内防腐提出特殊的要求,防止出现因腐蚀等原因产生的设备失效问题。本论文通过对4台分离器设备内表面防腐涂层出现的大面积鼓包等问题产生的原因展开分析,并进行一系列的模拟试验,获得设备内防腐施工的工艺和质量控制要求。
In order to ensure safe operation of oil and gas station equipments,the special requirements of internal anti-corrosion for the important equipment are always requested according to the characteristics of the medium,so as to prevent the equipment failure caused by corrosion and other reasons.In this paper,the reasons of swelling failure in the inside painting surface of four separator devices were analyzed and simulation tests were performed.Finally,the painting progress procedure and requirements of quality control were obtained.
