核电装备大件运输隧道内剐蹭事件原因分析与经验反馈

摘要 大型装备运输是设备完成制造到安装投运之间的必要环节,是行业内的难题。本文对某核电项目硼注箱运输隧道内剐蹭事件进行原因分析,发现运输承包商质保体系失控是剐蹭事件的根本原因,其中运输承包商人员责任心不强、道路勘测工具简单、岩前隧道的道路勘察存在漏洞、隧道内维修信息不易获取、运输保障车辆未充分发挥其作用等薄弱环节联合导致了该事件的发生。通过总结相关经验,可以为同类设备长途运输提供警示和改进。 The transportation of large-scale equipment is a necessary link from the completion of the equipment manufacturing to the installation and commissioning.It is an important problem in the industry.This paper reviews and analyzes the cause of the smashing incident in the boron injection box transportation tunnel of a nuclear power project.It is found that the loss of control of the transportation contractor’s quality assurance system is the root cause of the smashing accident.Multiple factors,such as transport contractor personnel with weak sense of responsibility,the simple road survey tools,loopholes in the road survey of the tunnel,difficulty in obtaining maintenance and reinforcement information in the tunnel,and insufficient role of the transportation support vehicle in guiding and guaranteeing,led to the occurrence of the incident.By summing up relevant experience,it can provide warnings and improvements for long-distance transportation of similar equipment.
