生态治理和产业发展是县域治理的两个关键环节。生态治理为产业发展营造可持续环境,产业发展为生态治理提供物质保障,二者的协同是"生态产业化,产业生态化"的内在要求。在推进县域生态治理与产业发展协同的过程中存在价值观念、实施路径和体制机制等方面的问题。为此,要围绕核心领域和关键要素构建协同的市场机制、治理机制和运行机制,多措并举,提升县域生态治理与产业发展的协同水平。

Ecological governance and industrial development are two key aspects of county governance.Ecological governance creates a sustainable environment for industrial development,and industrial development provides material guarantee for ecological governance.Coordination between the two is the internal demand of“the ecological industrialization and the industrial ecologicalization”.However,there are problems with values and ideas,approaches to implementation and institutional mechanisms in the process of promoting coordination between ecological governance and industrial development in county areas.In this regard,it is necessary to build coordinated mechanisms of market,governance and operation around core areas and key elements,and to take multiple measures to enhance the level of coordination between the two.
