白细胞介素1β在头颈鳞状细胞癌中的作用

摘要 头颈鳞状细胞癌(head and neck squamous cell carcinoma,HNSCC)是一类影响人类健康的重要疾病,患者生存时问普遍较短,生活质量较差,给家庭和社会带来沉重负担.目前为止,HNSCC的病因尚未明确,近年来越来越多的研究聚焦于人体免疫调节机制及炎症反应与HNSCC的关系.其中,白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)作为一个重要的细胞因子,在恶性肿瘤尤其是HNSCC的发生与发展中起着十分重要的作用.本文就IL-1β在HNSCC及肿瘤微环境中的作用以及相关机制做一综述,为探讨肿瘤病因及治疗提供新思路.
