摘要
《提升全民数字素养与技能行动纲要》提出在2035年远景目标发展中,要使高端数字人才引领作用凸显。以高端数字化人才引领并推动全民数字素养与技能行动是路线图之一,可以从三个方面予以着眼并发力:一是以高端数字化人才的提升助力全民数字素养与技能行动;二是以高端数字化人才的战略引领全民数字素养与技能行动;三是以高端数字化人才的发展构建培育体系和设施体系。
The long-range objectives through the year 2035 mentioned in the Outline of Actions for Enhancing National Digital Literacy and Digital Skills highlight the leading role of high-level digital professionals. High-end digital talents’ guidance and advocacy provide a road map to enhance national digital literacy. Focus and efforts could be placed on: to facilitate the improvement of national data literacy and skills by cultivating high-level digital professionals;to guide the national data literacy and skills from the perspective of high-end digital-talentled strategy;to build training systems and infrastructure based on the development of high-level digital talents.
