课程论文写作中大学生信息交互活动、感知障碍与期望帮助 被引量:2

Research on Information Interaction Activities,Perceived Barriers and Expected Help of College Students in the Course of Essay Writing

摘要 探索大学生课程论文写作中的信息交互规律并提供系统支持,对高水平人才培养、提升学生综合能力具有重要意义。文章以基于任务的信息交互模型为基础,以信息管理类大学生为研究对象,采用定量和定性相结合的历时性研究设计,收集和分析课程论文写作过程中大学生所开展的信息交互活动、感知障碍及其影响因素、期望帮助等多方面数据。研究发现:除信息搜索和信息选择外,学生会开展与信息加工处理、信息综合与利用有关的信息交互活动,并且在信息选择与评估、信息综合与利用方面的感知障碍程度较高,对不同类型的障碍学生期望系统提供的帮助也不同,总体上学生期望系统能提供智能推荐和检索、其他各种智能工具整合等功能。文章结论对信息组织与检索类课程教学、信息组织和检索系统具有启示。 It is significant to explore information interaction patterns of college students in the course of essay writing and provide them with system support for the cultivation of high-level talents and comprehensive abilities.By recruiting college students majoring at information management as research subjects,this research collected qualitative and quantitative data at consecutive time periods. Based on the task-based information interaction model, data were analyzed from the perspectives of information interaction activities, perceived barriers and expected system support. The research found that in addition to information searching and information selection,students had conducted various information interaction activities with different purposes,including information processing,information syntheses,information utilization,etc. They perceived more number and higher level of barriers relating to the latter two types of activities. Furthermore, different system supports were expected for different barriers during information interaction. Generally speaking,students would expect the system to provide specific functions,such as intelligent search and recommendation,and integrate them with other intelligent tools.The research conclusion would provide insights for the teaching of information organization and retrieval courses as well as for the improvement and design of related information systems.
