摘要
针对石墨生产废水排放处理工艺极少,且含氟废水处理难度大的问题,本文介绍了一种废水零排放处理工艺。该系统包括:调节池、袋式微滤系统、纳滤装置、高压反渗透装置、多效蒸发结晶装置等,经过处理后的石墨生产废水最终达到回用水要求,产盐外运至其他化工企业作为其化工原料,本工艺实现了石墨生产废水的零排放,进一步实现资源的再利用。
In this paper,a zero-discharge wastewater treatment process is introduced to solve the problem that graphite production wastewater discharge treatment process is very few and fluorine containing wastewater treatment is very difficult.The system includes:adjusting pool,bag filter system,nanofiltration device,high pressure reverse osmosis device,multi-effect evaporation crystallization device,etc.,after processing of graphite production wastewater eventually reach back into the water requirement,sinotrans to salt and other chemical enterprises as its chemical raw materials,the technology realizing the zero discharge of graphite production wastewater,further realize the recycling of resources.
