多层带式干燥机在污泥干化中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 低温热泵技术作为一种节能效果显著的技术被广泛应用于污泥干化领域。本文基于热泵与带式本体结构结合的干燥机技术,研究了双层、三层和四层带式干燥机干化污泥的特性与效果。研究表明,带式干燥机采用三层传送带结构时,污泥干化效果最好,更加经济。与中温干化技术相比较,采用低温热泵带式干化技术干化污泥时,具有无废气排放、产生的冷凝液污染物浓度低、处理费用低等优势。 As a significant energy-saving technology,low-temperature heat pump has been widely used in the field of sludge drying.Based on the dryer technology of the combination of heat pump and belt mechanical structure,the characteristics and effects of drying sludge with double-layer,three-layer and four-layer belt dryers were studied in this paper.The research shows that belt dryer is more economical when it has a three-layer conveyor belt structure.Compared with the med-temperature drying technology,the low-temperature heat pump belt drying technology has the advantages of no exhaust gas emission,low condensate pollutant concentration,and low treatment cost.
