棉用双发色体活性橙的制备及其应用性能 被引量:1

摘要 为探究含不同发色体活性染料的分子结构与其性能之间的关系,以三聚氯氰为连接基,间氨基苯脲和2-氨基-5-萘酚-7-磺酸为偶合组分,与不同重氮盐偶合,制备了系列双发色体活性橙染料,并应用于棉织物的浸染、轧染和印花工艺中,测试了该类染料的各项应用性能。结果表明:该类染料具有较好的提升性能,采用浸染染色,当染料质量分数为1%时,染色布样的Integ值可达到13左右。该系列染料在棉纤维上的固色率在70%~80%,耐摩擦色牢度在3~4级以上,耐日晒色牢度达4级以上。 In order to explore the relationship between the structure of reactive dyes containing different chro⁃mophores and their application properties,using cyanuric chloride as a linking group,(3-aminophenyl)-urea and 2-amino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonic acid as coupling components,a series of reactive orange dyes containing double chromophores are synthesized through diazotization and coupling reaction with different diazonium salts.The dyes are applied to dye cotton through three processes such as dip dyeing,pad dyeing and printing.The properties of the dyes are measured.The results show that the dyes have good lifting properties.Using dip dyeing,when the dye concentration is 1%(omf),the Integ value of the dyed fabric can reach about 13.The fixation of the dyes on the cotton fabric is between 70%and 80%,and the color fastness to rubbing of the dyed cotton can reach Grade 3-4,and the light fastness is above Grade 4.
