摘要
为探索活性染料在低含水率固色工艺中的构效关系,试验首先模拟低给液染色工艺,对各过程棉织物用醋酸-尿素进行剥色,利用高效液相色谱对各过程残液和剥色残液中的染料状态进行定性定量分析;探讨了Na_(2)CO_(3)质量浓度、固色温度和固色时间对纤维上染料水解率以及染料结构对反应效率和固色率的影响。结果表明:低带液量情况下,纤维上染料的水解率受Na_(2)CO_(3)质量浓度、固色温度和固色时间的影响较小;染料的活性基种类和数量是影响固色率的关键因素,即染料的透染性越好,活性基反应活性越高、数量越多,染料的反应效率和固色率越高。
In order to further explore the structure-activity relationship of reactive dyes in the low moisture con⁃tent fixation process,the dyeing process with low pickup is first simulated.The cotton fabric is stripped with acetic acid-urea in each procedure,and the dye state in the residual liquor and stripping residual liquor is quali⁃tatively and quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.Then,the effects of Na_(2)CO_(3) concentration,fixation temperature and fixation time on the hydrolysis rate of dye on the fiber and the effect of dye structure on the reaction efficiency and fixation rate are discussed.The results show that the hydrolysis rate of dyes on the fiber is less affected by Na_(2)CO_(3) concentration,fixation temperature and fixation time at low liquor condition.The type and quantity of reactive groups of dyes are the key factors affecting the fixation rate,that is,the better the dye permeability is,the higher the reactive activity and quantity of reactive groups are,and the higher the reactive efficiency and fixation rate of dyes are.
