摘要
大学是活态的社会组织,师生是维系教育运转的生命体,不同时代有不一样的群体生活样貌。随着高等教育的变迁发展,无论是从个体心理的演化,还是从群体所呈现出来的社会学征兆上看,当代大学师生的情绪表征、情感表达、情意诉求乃至于情志指向,均呈现出一系列值得关注的问题和动向。通过对真相的剖析发现,大学与社会和光同尘,教育理想主义渐行渐远,大学师生在一定程度上变成了被动语态下的生命存在。往后,觉醒机缘尚在,突围生机并存,务须反思教育生发的动力,激发师生主体的活力,化被动为主动:一方面,要广纳东西方智慧,以内生觉悟;另一方面,要去蔽改良,寻求善治,以外谋生境。如此,大学教育方能够形神兼备,实现高质量发展。
A university is a living social organization while teachers and students are the life forms to maintain the education progress.Different times have different group life modalities.With the change and development of higher education,from the evolution of individual psychology to the sociological signs presented by the group,the contemporary teacher-student emotional representation,emotional expression,emotional appeal and even emotional direction show a series of problems and trends worthy of attention in the university.Through the analysis of the truth,we found that university is the miniature of society in which the educational idealism is drifting away bit by bit,and to a certain extent,teachers and students have become life existence in the passive voice.In the future,the opportunity to awaken still exists,with breakthrough and vitality coexisting side by side.We must reflect on the driving force of education,stimulate the vitality of teachers and students,and turn passivity into active initiative.On the one hand,we should absorb the wisdom of both the East and the West to generate internal consciousness;on the other hand,we should seek good governance and external habitat.Only by this way,can university education have both modality and spirit,and achieve high-quality development.
