摘要
创业实践是培养创新型人才的必要形式,实施双创教育是高校以创业实践培育创新型人才的重要载体。地方普通本科高校建设应用型高校正是适应双创教育、为学生提供创业实践机会、开发创业型课程的战略选择。要摆脱传统办学模式的束缚,应用型高校建设应以创业组织为范式依据,向创业型高校转型。构建创业型高校不仅促进地方普通本科高校实现转型发展,还是应用型高校有效实施双创教育、培养高质量创新型人才的必要之举。为此,高校需要主动革新办学体系和治理体系,培育形成创业型高校的特质,而这又要求政府发挥宏观治理职能,为之创设良好的外部环境,为创业型高校发展赋能。
Entrepreneurship practice is a necessary form to cultivate innovative talents,and the implementation of entrepreneurship and innovation education is an important carrier for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents through entrepreneurship practice.It is a strategic choice for local ordinary undergraduate universities to build application-oriented universities to adapt to entrepreneurship and innovation education,provide students with entrepreneurial practice opportunities and develop entrepreneurial courses.In order to get rid of the shackles of the traditional mode of running schools,the construction of application-oriented universities should be based on the paradigm of entrepreneurial organizations and be transformed into entrepreneurial universities.The construction of entrepreneurial universities not only promotes the transformation and development of local undergraduate universities,but also is a necessary move for application-oriented universities to effectively implement entrepreneurship and innovation education and cultivate high-quality innovative talents.Therefore,colleges and universities need to take the initiative to reform the school-running system and governance system,and cultivate the characteristics of entrepreneurial colleges and universities,which in turn requires the government to strengthen the ability of macro governance and create a good external environment for the development of entrepreneurial colleges and universities.
