思政课实践教学的取径之误与取向之思 被引量:26

摘要 思政课实践教学是理论教学向社会生活的延展,其实质是通过参与社会实践实现对马克思主义理论的价值认同,最终外化为价值实践。长期以来,思政课实践教学存在着教学理念重“理论”轻“实践”、教学设计重“教案”轻“学生”、教学组织重“主导”轻“主体”、教学形式重“参观”轻“参与”和教学评价重“结果”轻“过程”等多重失衡。究其原因,主要有教学理念的实践性失落、保障机制的合力低效、可持续性资源供应不足和评价方式传统单一等。为改变上述现状,应完善思政课实践教学的高校顶层设计、创设理论与实践的互动空间、实施教师的引培并举、聚焦增值评价等多种途径,使得思政课实践教学回归让学生走出课堂、服务社会的初衷。 The practical teaching of ideological and political course is the extension of theoretical teaching to social life.Its essence is to achieve the value recognition of Marxist theory by participating in social practice,and finally externalize it into value practice.For a long time,there have been multiple imbalances in the practical teaching of ideological and political course,such as teaching philosophy emphasizing"theory"over"practice",teaching design emphasizing"teaching plan"over"students",teaching organization emphasizing"teachers’leading"over"students’engaging",teaching form emphasizing"visit"over"participation"and teaching evaluation emphasizing"result"over"process".The main reasons behind these imbalances are the loss of practicality in teaching ideas,the low efficiency of guarantee mechanism,the insufficient supply of sustainable resources and the traditional simplicity of evaluation methods.In order to change the above situation,we should improve the college top-level design of practical teaching of ideological and political course,create an interactive space between theory and practice,implement teachers’guidance and training,focus on value-added evaluation and other ways,so as to make the practical teaching of ideological and political course return to the original intention of helping students go out of the classroom and serve the society.
