In Omnimedia Era,the technological transition has brought profound changes to the ecology of public opinion,the pattern of media and the means of communication,thus challenging the value identification,discourse communication and supervision ability of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.In the new era,to construct the discourse power of ideological and political education,colleges and universities need to actively cope with the changes of times,change work ideas,focus on the leading function of political education during classroom teaching,increase the support function of campus culture,strengthen the incentive function of attention to the people’s livelihood,reinforce the infection function of expression,enhance the purification function of supervision and management so as to build a"all-round,multi-leveled and tridimensional"discourse communication matrix and forge the strong joint force of discourse communication and enlightenment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
