基于后评价的大型综合医院公共空间管理研究

Research on Public Space Management in Large General Hospitals Based on Post-evaluation

大型综合医院在就医人数激增的情况下,医院公共空间的有效管理是亟须解决的问题。通过问卷调查对大型综合医院公共空间的公共环境与设施、通达效率、功能布局进行调查,结合因子分析法与层次分析法建立起3个准则层以及14个指标层,构建大型综合医院公共空间评价指标体系。对医院公共空间管理提出"多中心空间"等改进措施,对大型综合医院公共空间设计及管理提出可行性建议。

In large general hospitals,the effective management of public space is an urgent problem to be solved when the number of patients increases rapidly.Through the questionnaire survey,the public environment and facilities,accessibility efficiency and functional layout of the public space of large general hospitals are investigated.Combined with factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process,three criteria layers and 14 index layers are established to construct the evaluation index system of public space in large general hospitals.The improvement measures such as "multi-center space" are put forward to the management of hospital public space,and feasible suggestions are put forward for the design and management of public space in large general hospitals.
