装配式建筑助推村居环境的推广现状和策略研究

Research on the Current Situation and Strategy of Prefabricated Building Promotion for Village Environment Improvements

在乡村振兴和建筑行业转型升级的背景之下,装配式建筑的出现为广大乡村地区的村居环境改善提供了新思路。按照提出疑问、分析背景、解决问题并反复求证的基本研究思路,通过广泛的文献、问卷、访谈和实地调研等,对现有乡村自建房状况、装配式建筑在整体领域的应用状况进行综述,就装配式建筑推广的调研结果进行分析,并最终形成关于加强乡村地区装配式建筑应用的一系列详细解决措施。兼顾供给端与需求端、兼具全局与大局发展意识是今后此类问题研究中需要重视的地方。

Under the background of rural revitalization combined with the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,the emergence of prefabricated buildings provides a new idea for the improvement of the village living environment in the vast rural areas.According to the basic research ideas of asking question,analyzing the background,solving problems and repeatedly seeking proof,through extensive literature,questionnaires,interviews and field investigation,this study summarizes the current situation of rural self-built houses and the application of prefabricated buildings in the overall field,analyzes the research results of prefabricated building promotion,and finally forms a series of detailed solutions to strengthen the application of prefabricated building in rural areas.It is necessary to pay attention to both the supply side and the demand side as well as the overall development consciousness in the future.
