Characteristic towns and characteristic small towns are not only an important combination of new urbanization and rural revitalization,but also an important platform to promote high-quality economic development.Taizhou smart toilet characteristic town takes "sponge city" as the design concept,further improving the added value of the portal living room of the characteristic town.Through the interpretation of the concept of sponge city and the specific implementation of technical measures,this paper analyzes the leading role of planning in the design of "sponge city" in smart toilet characteristic town.
