文章通过建设者的视角对未来社区建设模式提出思考,以社区构建邻里、教育、健康、创业、建筑、交通、低碳、服务和治理九大场景为平台,以社区物联网感知平台建设为重点,分析了物联感知、通信链路、平台管理为智慧社区建设服务的社区架构,实现共建、共治、共享管理模式的未来社区。

This article proposes some thoughts about the future community construction model from the perspective of the builder from the perspective of builders.With nine scenarios of community building,education,health,entrepreneurship,construction,transportation,low-carbon,service and governance as the platform,focusing on the construction of community IoT awareness platform,it analyzes the community architecture of IoT perception,communication link and platform management to serve the construction of smart community,and realizes a community of co-construction,co-governance and shared management mode.
