摘要
住宅小区智能化是将自动控制技术、信息技术、生活理念、建筑艺术相结合的产物,其目的是提高住宅的功能性,提供住宅居民舒适、快捷、安全、方便的信息化和智能化空间。文章根据住宅小区居民的实际需求提出小区智能化系统的规划设计原则,结合实践对智能化系统中的管理系统和安全防护系统的设计作了详细介绍。
The intelligentization of residential quarters is a product that combines automatic control technology,information technology,life concept,and architectural art.Its purpose is to increase the functionality of the residence and provide residential residents with more comfortable,fast,safe and convenient informatization and Intelligent space.According to the actual needs of the residents in the residential area,the paper puts forward the planning and design principles of the intelligent system in the residential area,and introduces the design of the management system and the safety protection system in the intelligent system in detail.
