基于物联网平台的城市综合体智慧化建设研究

城市综合体作为社会效应巨大的地标性建筑,其投资建设方都希望通过智慧化建设增加项目的科技含量,提升管理运营水平。但城市综合体因其业态多、规模广、运营要求高等特点,智慧化建设也有别于传统的建筑智能化。因此论文提出了一整套基于物联网平台的智慧化建设方案,为综合体打造"智能操作系统",基于物联网平台及生态链,为综合体按需开发丰富的智慧场景应用,且具备强大灵活的配置和扩展能力,实现综合体的智慧、友好并且可持续发展。

As a landmark building with tremendous social effect,the investor and builder of the urban complex hope to increase the scientific and technological content of the project and improve the management and operation level.However,due to the characteristics of diversified forms,large-scale and high operational requirements,the intelligent construction of urban complex is different from the traditional buildings.Therefore,this paper puts forward a set of intelligent construction scheme based on the IoT platform,creates a "smart operating system" for the complex,develops abundant intelligent scenes for the complex on demand based on the IoT platform and ecological chain,and has a strong and flexible configuration and expansion capacity to achieve the intelligence,friendliness and sustainable development of the buildings.
