摘要 采用碳酸钙(CaCO_(3))对聚己二酸-对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)/聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料进行改性,并通过吹膜法成功制备出PBAT/PLA/CaCO_(3)共混薄膜,并采用热重、差示扫描量热、流变性能和力学性能等一系列测试研究了CaCO_(3)对PBAT/PLA复合材料的影响。结果表明,CaCO_(3)的加入大大增加了PBAT/PLA复合材料的热稳定性,降低了PBAT/PLA复合材料的结晶度,同时CaCO_(3)对PBAT/PLA复合材料起了显著的增强作用,CaCO_(3)使PBAT/PLA薄膜在力学性能上有了很好的提高,横向和纵向拉伸强度分别从21.06 MPa和24.35 MPa提高到了24.3 MPa和28.7 MPa,硬度达到了51。CaCO_(3)的加入使PBAT/PLA复合材料的复数黏度、储能模量和损耗模量都有一定程度的提高,进一步证明了CaCO_(3)提高了两相界面的结合强度。 The poly(bu-tylene adipate-co-terephthalate)/poly(lactic acid)(PBAT/PLA)system was modified with calcium carbonate(CaCO_(3))and PBAT/PLA/CaCO_(3) blended films were successfully prepared by the blown film method.The effect of Ca-CO_(3) on the PBAT/PLA system was investigated using a series of tests such as thermal weight loss test(TG),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),rheological performance test andw that the addition of CaCO_(3) greatly increases the thermal stability and reduces the crystallinity of the PBAT/PLA composite,while CaCO_(3) playes a significant role in enhancing the PBAT/PLA composites,Ca-CO_(3) causes a good improvement in the mechanical properties of the PBAT/PLA films.The transverse tensile strength and longitudinal tensile strength increases from 21.06 MPa and 24.35 MPa to 24.3 MPa and 28.7 MPa,respectively,and the hardness reaches 51.The addition of CaCO_(3) increases the composite viscosity,energy storage modulus and loss modulus of the PBAT/PLA composites to a certain extent,further demonstrating that CaCO_(3) improves the bond strength at the two-phase interface.
