摘要
尿酸性肾病是由于血尿酸产生过多或排泄减少形成高尿酸血症所致的肾损害,通常称为痛风肾病。尿酸性肾病可由尿酸水平过高介导激活的多种信号通路和炎症因子诱导发病。本综述分别以“尿酸”“肾病”或“尿酸性肾病”“uric acid nephropathy”等为关键词在中国知网、PubMed等数据库中查询近十年关于尿酸性肾病发病机制相关信号通路的文献,并选取具有代表性的进行整合综述。本文通过研究尿酸性肾病发病机制和相关信号通路的进展,整合了尿酸性肾病发病的具体机制,并且以多种信号通路作用为思路提供治疗尿酸性肾病的新型治疗手段。
Uric acid nephropathy is renal damage caused by hyperuricemia due to excessive production or reduced excretion of uric acid,commonly known as gout nephropathy.Uric acid nephropathy can be induced by multiple signaling pathways and inflammatory factors activated v by high uric acid levels.In this review,"uric acid","nephropathy","uric acid nephropathy"and other keywords were used to search the literatures about the signaling pathways related to the pathogenesis of uric acid nephropathy in the recent ten years from the databases such as CNKI and PubMed,and representative literatures were selected for an integrated review.By studying the pathogenesis of uric acid nephropathy and the progress of related signaling pathways,this paper integrated the specific mechanism of the pathogenesis of uric acid nephropathy,and provided a new treatment method for the treatment of uric acid nephropathy based on the role of multiple signaling pathways.
