奋乃静联合阿戈美拉汀对老年精神分裂症的治疗效果研究

Efficacy of Perphenazine Combined with Agomelatine in the Treatment of Schizophrenia in Elderly Patients

目的:探讨奋乃静联合阿戈美拉汀对老年精神分裂症的治疗效果。方法:选取2018年11月至2019年11月于该院接受治疗的老年精神分裂症患者174例,采用随机数字表法分为单一治疗组和联合治疗组,每组87例。单一治疗组患者采用阿戈美拉汀治疗,联合治疗组患者在单一治疗组的基础上采用奋乃静治疗。采用韦氏记忆量表检测两组患者的认知功能,并比较两组患者阳性和阴性症状量表评分、临床疗效,白细胞介素17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平。结果:与单一治疗组比较,联合治疗组患者治疗后的延迟逻辑、即刻逻辑、延迟视觉记忆和即刻视觉记忆评分较高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与单一治疗组比较,联合治疗组患者治疗后的阳性和阴性症状量表评分、一般病理评分较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与单一治疗组比较,联合治疗组患者治疗后的IL-17、IL-6和TNF-α水平较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组患者的总有效率为90.80%(79/87),显著高于单一治疗组的79.31%(69/87),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奋乃静与阿戈美拉汀联合治疗老年精神分裂症的效果优于单纯使用阿戈美拉汀治疗。

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of perphenazine combined with agomelatine in the treatment of schizophrenia in elderly patients. METHODS: Totally 174 elderly patients with schizophrenia received treatment in this hospital from Nov. 2018 to Nov. 2019 were selected and divided into single treatment group and combined treatment group via random number table, with 87 cases in each group. The single treatment group was given agomelatine, while the combined treatment group was given perphenazine based on the single treatment group. The Wechsler Memory Scale was adopted to test the cognitive function of patients in two groups, the scores of Positive and Negative Symptom Scales, clinical efficacy, interleukin-17(IL-17), tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and interleukin-6(IL-6) levels were compared between two groups. RESULTS: Compared with the single treatment group, the scores of delayed logic, immediate logic, delayed visual memory and immediate visual memory of patients in the combined treatment group after treatment were significantly higher, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Compared with the single treatment group, the scorers of Positive and Negative Symptom Scales and general pathology of patients in the combined treatment group after treatment were significantly lower, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Compared with the single treatment group, the IL-17, IL-6 and TNF-α levels of patients in the combined treatment group after treatment were significantly lower, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The total effective rate of combined treatment group was 90.80%(79/87), which was significantly higher than that of the single treatment group(79.31%, 69/87), with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of perphenazine combined with agomelatine in the treatment of schizophrenia in elderly patients is better than of agomelatine alone.
