问题跟踪护理模式用于上消化道出血患者护理的临床研究

Clinical research on problem tracking nursing model used in the nursing of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的分析问题跟踪护理模式用于上消化道出血(upper gastrointestinal bleeding,UGB)患者对心理压力及自护能力的影响。方法选定本院2019年1月—2019年7月住院治疗的120例上消化道出血患者,按照不同护理方案进行分组,参照组60例患者予以传统护理,实验组60例患者予以问题跟踪护理模式,对比两组焦虑自评量表(Self-RatingAnxiety Scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分、自我护理能力量表(the Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale,ESCA)评分、并发症发生率。结果实验组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分均低于参照组,实验组护理后ESCA评分高于参照组,实验组并发症发生率(1.67%)低于参照组(11.67%),P<0.05(差异均具有统计学意义)。结论问题跟踪护理可有效减轻上消化道出血患者心理不良情绪,提高自我护理能力,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of problem tracking nursing model on psychological stress and self-care ability of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGB).Methods 120 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2019 to July 2019 were selected and divided into groups by different care schemes.60 patients in the reference group were given traditional care,and 60 patients in the experimental group were given problem tracking care mode.The two groups'SAS score,SDS score,ESCA score,and complication rate were compared.Results SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,ESCA score of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,complication rate of the experimental group(1.67%)was lower than that of the reference group(11.67%),P<0.05(all differences were statistically significant).Conclusion The problem tracking nursing can effectively reduce patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding psychological bad mood,improve the ability of self-care,reduce the incidence of complications.
