院前急救与院内救治衔接对急性颅脑损伤患者抢救时效性的影响

Effect of connection between pre hospital first aid and hospital treatment on emergency treatment of patients with acute craniocerebral injury

目的探讨院前急救与院内救治衔接对急性颅脑损伤患者抢救时效性的影响。方法回顾性分析我院于2019年3月—2020年9月期间收治的118例急性颅脑损伤患者的临床资料,以入院时间顺序分组,对照组59例(2019年3月—11月)实施常规救治方法,观察组59例(2020年1月—9月)实施院前急救与院内救治衔接治疗方法。记录并比较两组患者抢救时效性、临床疗效以及并发症等指标。结果对照组的急诊室停留时间、特殊检查时间和急诊至手术室时间均多于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的治愈和恢复良好率高于对照组,植物生存和死亡率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组的并发症总发生率有34.0%,观察组的并发症总发生率有15.3%,观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院前急救与院内救治衔接对急性颅脑损伤患者抢救时效性的应用效果显著,缩短急诊室抢救时间、特殊检查时间以及急诊至手术室时间,提高抢救成功率,降低并发症的发生率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of the connection between pre hospital first aid and hospital treatment on emergency treatment of patients with acute craniocerebral injury.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 118 patients with acute craniocerebral injury admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to September 2020,grouped according to the difference in admission time,59 cases in the control group(March to November 2019)implemented routine treatment methods;59 patients in the observation group(January to September 2020)implemented pre-hospital emergency treatment and in-hospital treatment.The indexes of rescue timeliness,time saving,clinical efficacy and complications were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The time of stay in the emergency room,the time of special examination and the time of emergency to the operation room were more than those in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of good cure and recovery of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the plant survival and mortality of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the control group was 34.0%,and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 15.3%,which was significantly lower those of the control group.The difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The connection between pre-hospital treatment has a significant application effect on the timeliness of rescue of patients with acute craniocerebral injury.It can shorten the emergency rescue time,special inspection time to the operation room and time from emergency to operating room,improve the success rate and reduce the incidence of complications,worthy of clinical promotion.
