正交设计法优选唐古特大黄饮片产地加工与炮制生产一体化工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的优选唐古特大黄饮片产地加工与炮制生产一体化工艺(简称一体化),为大黄饮片产地规范化生产及推广应用提供科学依据。方法采用单因素试验优选大黄适宜的干燥温度和切制程度;采用正交设计试验优选一体化工艺。结果一体化最优工艺为将鲜大黄自然晾晒至相当于原药材含水量的53%~56%时,切制成8~10 mm的饮片,自然晾干。结论优选所得一体化工艺稳定、合理、可行,在保证疗效的前提下,缩短了劳动周期,降低了生产成本,更加适合现代化、机械化处方调配,是一种新型的大黄饮片形式,值得推广。 Objective The integrated process of processing and processing production of Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.pieces(referred to as integration)is preferred to provide a scientific basis for the standardized production and promotion of rhubarb pieces.Methods The single factor test was used to optimize the appropriate drying temperature and cutting degree of rhubarb;the orthogonal design experiment was used to optimize the integrated process.Results The optimal integrated process is to dry the fresh rhubarb naturally to53%~56%of the moisture content of the original medicinal materials,cut into 8~10 mm pieces,and dry naturally.Conclusions The optimized integrated process is stable,reasonable and feasible.It can shorten the labor cycle and reduce the production cost under the premise of ensuring the curative effect,and at the same time be more suitable for modernization and mechanized prescription deployment.A new form of rhubarb decoction pieces is worthy of promotion.
