急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者的体表面积与血脂4项相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨体表面积(BSA)与急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者血脂4项的相关性。方法纳入兰州大学第一医院2019年1月-2021年1月收治的STEMI患者171例与体检中心正常对照组297人,检测其身高、体重、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)等项目,分析其相关性。结果BSA与TC、TG、LDL-C呈正相关关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BSA可作为判断发生STEMI危险性的指标之一,控制BSA的增加对于预防STEMI具有一定的积极意义。 Objective To investigate the correlation between body surface area(BSA)and blood lipids in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)patients.Methods 171 patients diagnosed as STEMI between January 2019 and January 2021 in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University were selected as the test group(STEMI group).Their height,weight,age,gender,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were collected,and their BSA were calculated.The same indices of 297 healthy people were collected from the same hospital in the identical period as the control group.Results TC was positively correlated with BSA,while HDL-C was all negatively correlated,with the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion BSA could be used as one of the indicators to determine the occurrence of STEMI,controlling the increase of BSA would still have a positive effect on the prevention of STEMI.
