铁死亡是近年来发现的一种新的细胞死亡形式,以脂质过氧化物为执行因子,涉及机体的多种疾病或病理生理过程。急性器官损伤一直是临床上备受关注的问题,针对其机制的研究一直层出不穷。本研究旨在综述铁死亡在急性器官损伤中的研究进展。

In recent years,ferroptosis has become a new type of regulated cell death induced by iron dependent lipid peroxidation,which plays an important role in many diseases and pathophysiologic processes.Acute organ injury is an issue worthy of notice,and there have been much research in its mechanism.This article mainly reviewed the role of ferroptosis in acute organ injury.
