摘要 烟草在衰老过程中和逆境条件下会产生大量活性氧,活性氧会导致细胞氧化甚至死亡,然而适当浓度的活性氧会增加植物的抗虫抗病性。本文综述了烟草中活性氧的产生原因、功能和测定方法等,以期更好地了解烟草中活性氧的来源和作用。 Tobacco will produce a large amount of reactive oxygen species during the aging process and under adversity conditions, which can cause cell oxidation and even death. However, the appropriate concentration of reactive oxygen species will increase the plant resistance to insects and diseases. This paper reviewed the causes, functions and measurement methods of reactive oxygen species in tobacco, so as to better understand the source and role of reactive oxygen species in tobacco.
