基于PEST分析的冰雪体育与冬季旅游融合发展研究--以东北地区为例

Research on the Integrated Development of Ice-snow Sports and Winter Tourism Based on PEST Analysis--Taking Northeast China as an Example

冰雪体育与冬季旅游的融合发展是产业间渗透、交叉和重构,进而转型升级的必然趋势。在文献分析与实地调研的基础上,采用PEST分析法对东北地区冰雪体育与冬季旅游融合发展的环境因素进行分析。研究发现,东北地区冰雪体育与旅游产业融合发展拥有良好的政策环境与社会基础;冰雪体育旅游消费已形成一定规模;区域冰雪体育及旅游设施具有较大优势,能够满足二者融合发展的需求。结合分析结果进一步提出融合发展的优化路径,包括:政策路径、经济路径、社会路径与技术路径等几个方面,以期为冰雪体育与冬季旅游的深度融合发展提供参考与借鉴。

the integrated development of ice and snow sports and winter tourism is an inevitable trend of inter-industry penetration,crossover,reconstruction,and thus transformation and upgrading.On the basis of literature analysis and field investigation,the PEST analysis method is used to analyze the environmental factors of the integrated development of ice and snow sports and winter tourism in northeast China.The study found that the integrated development of ice and snow sports and tourism industries in northeast China has a good policy environment and social foundation;ice and snow sports tourism consumption has formed a certain scale;regional ice and snow sports and tourism facilities have greater advantages and can meet the needs of the integrated development of the two.Combining the analysis results,the paper further proposed the optimized path of integrated development,including policy path,economic path,social path and technical path,etc.,in order to provide reference for the in-depth integrated development of ice and snow sports and winter tourism.
