摘要 低噪声视频运算放大器因其低噪声、高速宽带特性被广泛应用于视频设备中。文章介绍了低噪声视频运算放大器的发展简史及激光修调电阻技术。通过对比BJT、CMOS、BiCMOS、SOI和GaAs各种工艺的优缺点,结合国内外低噪声视频运算放大器的发展现状,对其发展趋势进行了展望。 Low noise video operational amplifiers are widely used in video equipment owning their characteristics of low noise,high-speed broadband.This paper introduces the development history of low noise video operational amplifier and the technology of laser trimming resistance.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of BJT,CMOS,BiCMOS,SOI and GaAs manufacturing processes,and combined with the development status of low-noise video operational amplifiers at home and abroad,the development trend is prospected.
