氧化装置内低浓度瓦斯燃烧特性的影响研究

摘要 针对氧化装置内低浓度瓦斯燃烧特性研究内容不全面,研究技术仅局限于实验室理想工况,没有考虑实际工况下多孔介质内低浓度瓦斯的燃烧特性,因此本研究基于工程背景,对多孔介质内低浓度瓦斯燃烧特性的影响因素进行详细探讨,重点分析水汽含量、燃烧器尺度对多孔介质内低浓度瓦斯燃烧特性的影响。研究结果表明,不同水汽含量和不同燃烧其尺度对多孔介质内浓度瓦斯燃烧特性均有影响,随水汽含量的增加,燃烧器内整体温度、轴向速度、NO摩尔分数沿轴向分别及排放量逐渐降低,CO排放量逐渐增加;随燃烧器直径增大,燃烧器NO排放量逐渐减少,CO排放量逐渐增加;随燃烧器长度增加,燃烧器出口处温度、NO和CO排放量均逐渐减小。 The research content of combustion characteristics of low concentration gas in porous media is not comprehensive, and the research technology is only limited to the ideal working conditions in the laboratory, without considering the combustion characteristics of low concentration gas in porous media under actual working conditions. Therefore, based on the engineering background, this study makes a detailed discussion on the influencing factors of combustion characteristics of low concentration gas in porous media, focusing on the analysis of water vapor content The influence of burner size on the combustion characteristics of low concentration gas in porous media. The results show that different water vapor content and combustion scale have influence on the combustion characteristics of concentrated gas in porous media. With the increase of water vapor content, the overall temperature, axial velocity and no mole fraction in the burner gradually decrease along the axial direction, and the CO emission gradually increases;with the increase of burner diameter, the no emission gradually decreases, and the CO emission gradually decreases With the increase of burner length, the temperature, no and CO emissions at the burner outlet decrease gradually.
