叙事医学之文本细读在人文医院建设实践中的应用

The application of narrative medicine’s textual reading in the practice of humanistic hospital construction

随着国内外专家对医护人员叙事医学能力的培养展开探索,作为叙事能力提升工具之一的文本细读也逐渐被大家所熟知,但是叙事医学视域下的细读与文学概念中的细读是否一致?其对临床工作有着怎样的意义?应该以哪种方式应用于医护人员的日常生活工作之中?对此,本文从循证医学与叙事医学的辩证关系入手,以现有的细读概念为依据,研究细读方法的运用方式及范围,同时结合河南大学淮河医院的一些文本细读活动实例,探讨文本细读在人文医院建设实践中的意义与应用形态。

As medical practitioners at home and abroad explore the development of narrative medicine skills,close reading as one of the tools to improve narrative skills has gradually become familiar.What are its implications for clinical work?In which way should it be applied to the daily work of health care professionals?In this paper,starting from the dialectical relationship between evidence-based medicine and narrative medicine,we study the application and scope of the method of close reading based on the existing concept of close reading and combine some examples of close reading activities in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University to discuss the meaning and application of close reading in the practice of humanistic hospital construction.
